Television

A non High Definition (HD) in room TV experience is not going to go down well with a guest who will expects much more and in today’s world of fierce competition between properties ensuring your guest stay is memorable for the right reasons starts from the moment the guest steps into the room, first they turn on the light, check the bathroom and then turn on the TV.
Often the TV channel line up and signal quality is lacking in a number of high end properties and the problem can’t be solved by simply bolting in a new 50″ TV, often the large screen TV makes the problem worse and shows up the issues with Standard definition (SD) content.

Sky Packages
We can assist with getting Sky Television into your hotel bedrooms.
Sky-In-Room
Sky in room uses a Sky HD box fitted to each bedroom and can allow for a wide range of TV packages to be delivered to each room, with prices starting from £7.30 per room per month. This option can work best for smaller hotels with less than 50 bedrooms but will require some reconfiguration of the TV signal distribution system.
Sky-Select
Sky Select is better suited to larger properties of 50 room and over. The Sky Select package uses a Sky Bright Box modular TV distribution system which is located in the comms room and this combined both Sky Satellite and Freeview TV feeds and distributes it out to the bedrooms with via traditional coaxial cable or via IP.
