I am delighted to announce we have begun a journey towards ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 compliance. You may already know the benefits these certifications can bring to businesses of any shape, size or market, by improving and streamlining business process, but for those that don’t, ISO 27001 is the world’s best-known standard for providing guidance on establishing, implementing, maintaining and continual improvement. Achieving certification means we will be officially recognised to manage risks and data security to an international standard of best practises and principles. ISO9001 is split into a number of sections, including customer focus, processes and improvement, and relationship management.

Over the next few months we will be letting you know of any new processes to follow when engaging with us, such as when requesting new users to be setup, ordering additional licenses, what to do when requesting emergency site visits, etc…  We will also need to ensure we have signed copies of our contracts back from you.

I know from my previous days in the corporate world it look us a year to gain ISO 9001 compliance, however because of our Hotality ‘we do things better’ ethos and team culture we are told we should be able to fully compliant with both in approximately four months or so.
