We had another 5* User Survey completed yesterday.  When we asked the person:

“Could we have done better?  Have you any comments?”

The person’s response was:

“Always receive an excellent service from Hotality”

Our customer’s love us – and for good reason! We got a proven track record of fixing their issues quickly and efficiently that other IT Support providers struggle with.  As the GM of a 5 Star hotel said to me 2 months ago, “I’ve never met a more proactive IT company than you guys.”
