You may remember my recent blog post on a 5 Star hotel in Kensington that purchased some new IT storage from a supplier but when we arrived to install and configure it, we realised it had been used previously.  Fortunately, the story has a happy ending.  After the used equipment was returned to the supplier and new storage was purchased, we returned to the hotel to install and configure it.  The hotels’ IT systems were then migrated onto the new storage without any downtime or issues leaving the hotel IT Staff very happy indeed.
