We recently took over the IT Support of an award-winning 4 Star Hotel in the south of England, and what did we find?  The usual, PC’s with no anti-virus software on them.  No backups of their Vingcard system.  Servers with no free disk space – one only had 147 KB free – even though there was spare disk capacity available.

They had been told by their previous IT provider they couldn’t have off-site backups because they only had an 80Mb Internet line – what rot!  With HOTBackup (our backup recovery and DR solution) all their servers are now backed up on-site and off-site too.
