Late last week a large hotel in London contacted us again for help. They had become infected with a virus outbreak that their existing anti-virus software put on by their current IT support company wasn’t detecting and cleaning. What did we do to help? Simple – we installed Webroot, our anti-virus software of choice. We sent the IT Manager of the hotel a link to download it from our website which he then put onto each PC and server within the hotel. Webroot performed an initial scan, found the virus and then cleaned it. Job done.
