This week we’ve been helping to troubleshoot an issue with hotels being unable to charge for premium guest Wi-Fi. The guest would enter their details in the Wi-Fi portal and accept the additional cost, but the charge was never posted to the PMS system. Working with a PMS interface resource, the Wi-Fi provider and also the In-Room Entertainment tech-guys we were able to isolate an issue with the IRE back-end not sending the correct information to the PMS interface.
