Their existing IT Support provider had looked at it but couldn’t see what the problem was.

The IT Manager of the hotel contacted us and asked for us to investigate.  After one of our engineers arrived on-site and plugged his laptop into the network port, it was immediately clear the port was in the wrong VLAN.  After making a change on the network switch, the printer then had the correct IP address and was printing again.
