Rich is promoted to Helpdesk Supervisor

We spend a long time finding Technical Engineers with the right ethos, skills and ‘make IT better’ attitude to give our clients the best level of IT Support and assistance they can receive, so it’s all the more gratifying when we can promote our staff and recognise their efforts in making our customer interactions the best they can be. ¬†I’m proud to say Richard “Rich” Gibson has been promoted to Helpdesk Supervisor.

In addition to his usual calm, customer-facing manor and normal duties, he’ll also be responsible for managing any day-to-day Helpdesk issues and questions. ¬†Congratulations Rich, and well done!
